Haven been blogging lately...
Guess what i'm up to.....

Yup...
A week of holiday spent on studying...
Preparing for the second round of STPM Trials in three days time...
Believe me or not.... But I still haven finish studying!!!

Sounds boring right....
Well...
I still managed to have fun throughout the entire week...

On the first day of raya..
I joined Ming Sheng for service in his church...
Met with some people... Kevin, Alex, Ju Seong...
Not really good at remembering names though... Sorry...
Had a great time listening to Miss Tan's stories....
Had a great time hanging out with Ming Sheng's gang...

Two days later...
Joined the 2007 5S1 & 5S2 gathering at Lin Kheat's house...
Met up with a lot of friends which i could not have forgotten...
Had a great time eating and chatting...

When the school library reopened..
Spent time with Ming Sheng, Yi Kai and Wai Nyin studying...
Yup... Studying with a bunch of people...
Maybe that's why i could put up a laughing face despite all the pressure...
Cos we always make fun out of each other... LOL...

Rain ~ Come To ME!!!

Feeling so positive as I write this post...

Not because its 090909 ( 9 September 2009 )...

But because of the two unexpected showers of rain this evening...

Why rain? You should be wondering....

Well... For some reason...

I feel close to the rain...

I find warmth in it...

It brings back childhood memories...

Some like to sleep cozily through the cool weather...

I won't...

I'll miss out a lot...

Back when i'm in kindergarten...

I often wait for rain to arrive...

When it does... I'll sit by the front door to feel it...

Listen to what it has to say...

The wind sweeping through rooftops...

The drops of water on hard surfaces...

The rolling and grumbling thunder...

All became the voice of the rain...

Maybe all of this made me calm..

Don't feel this kind of comfort around people...

The melody and rhythm of rain really work like miracle water...

As I grew older... Pressure steps in and everything changes...

I've been working hard.. Studying hard...

To keep up with the unusually fast pace everyone around me are going...

The recent STPM trial made me realise a lot...

At times I do feel the pressure...

But not as much as last time...

I've learnt how to slow down..

And appreciate everything around me...

My friends.. My family...

At times they're the drought that dries up my spirit...

And sometimes they're the storm that makes me feel uneasy and pressured...

But most of the time...

They're the beam of light that shines through the dark...

Enlightning me with their support and encouragement...

Friends.. Why not take a break..

Look at the wonderful nature around you...

By then you will know that...

You have missed out a lot...

I'm Back!!!

Have been feeling discouraged these few days...

Not even in the mood to study for the next three papers...

Just because i didn't do weel in my PA...

But.... I'm BACK!!!

Really thought that i could do well this time...

Since i've put in more effort...

And i wanna prove Miss Tan wrong...

But... Sorry Miss Tan... Failed you... Once again...

Anyway... I'm back... In turbo mode...

Really thought a lot bout it last night...

Where did i go wrong...

What have i done wrong...

Well... To tell the truth...

The one thing that i really did wrong...

Was to get first place... Again...

For the third time...

Like my friends say...

I was too kiasu (which translates to afraid of losing)...

I was thinking of once again outperforming the others...

But... I was wrong to think so...

That's why i was so stressed...

And that's why i've revised my motto...

Strive

Not for achievement

But

For improvement
