Graduation Song (Part 2)

Went for the first recording of the my class' graduation song...
In Ming Sheng's church again...
The last time i went there was during last year's Sixth Form Night practice...
Such nostalgic to be back there after one year...
Dunno why i joined them... But i'm glad i'm there... To help out...

Actually... With all the instruments combined and harmonizing almost to perfection...
The result... As i expected... Was more than we expected...

There's just one problem... There's not enough musicians to go with the instruments we've selected...
And we are going to stick with those few instruments...
Let's hope in a week's time... There'll be a solution...

I think... in one more recording... The song will be ready to be submitted...
And in that last recording... We'll throw in another bunch of surprises..
And they we'll make the song... Well... A WINNER!!!

It has been a year in Sam Tet....
For some of us (esp. girls)... It's only a year...
For for most of the guys... It has been ANOTHER year...
What's the difference???

Well.... Never mind...
Anyway... Another few more months and we'll all be graduating...
Going our own ways... Like everyone else...
What we have to remind us of each other...

And a graduation song...

A lot of my classmates seems to be, well, dissatisfied with the song Ming Sheng and I have came up with...

"It's too boring..."
"It's not memorable..."
"The lyrics are not right..."
Is it?

Maybe some of them don't have the slightest idea what is it like....
Or what it'll be....

Or maybe it is what they say it is...

It was not easy to come up with such a melody...
Credits to Ming Sheng of course...

It wasn't easy either to find "musicians" (I think I'll just keep the instruments as a secret)...

Maybe when the whole song is completed and recorded in perfection...
Then all of them will acknowledge it...

Maybe then it'll be the one song everyone will remember...

Have been so busy preparing for the 39th Students Board of Librarians Annual Dinner for the whole week...
Being part of the OC of such a poorly formed team is really stressing....
Nothing was completed... Until the last second...

Being the MC of such an event was even taxing...
Haiz... What could i say... I had fun... But fun wasn't the only thing i had...

Sad to say.. Everything was not well rehearsed...
And everything was quite... Impromptu!!
And yet someone (who was a useless OC but not the MC) critisised that i made the atmosphere DULL!!!
Eventually, he did make a lot of noise and the event was like a pasar malam out of control...

Did i mentioned we held this event in a restaurant of a 3-star hotel?
Embarrassing!!!

But none of them felt embarrassed...
Even EMBARRASSING!!!!

Haiz... Enough with the sad part...

It's a Sunday... So i've decided to figure a way to make my blog, well, more attractive...
BUT... i ended up DESTROYING it...
Haiz... Things may seem to be the same... but if you look closer... IT"S NOT...

Anyway... The May MUET results is finally coming out....
And i do mean FINALLY!!!
It's only about 11 hours away...

I'm sure a lot of stomachs, at this time, are being invaded by butterflies...

There's actually a lot of people out there who thinks i'm good in studies...
Well... Maybe I am... But I don't think so...
Everything seems so unexpected to me...

As for the MUET results... I actually have a hunch of getting Band 5...
But... What if I don't? What if its only a Band 4?
Or what if i'm better? What if its a Band 6?
There's just so many possibilities...

I had a guys' day-out at the cinema with Ming Sheng, Jee Bin...
And Say Lin (who was unsure whether he wants to join us or not)...
And as the title suggests...

TRANFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN

Actually... I'm not such a fan of the movie...
I'm more of the cartoon type... You know...
What i think is that it's a more sophisticated version of the original cartoon...

But i did actually enjoyed part of it... Especially the funny parts....
Like the guys accidentally tazed himself... and when bumble bee cried...
Those were humorous...

The cast was great with MEGAN FOX as the lead actress...

Nice pose....

But SHIA LEBOUF???
JOSH DUHAMEL should be Sam.... What a waste...
Anyway... I'm giving credits for his amazing act in astronomy class...
It's not easy to act like a weird guy who got shocked by electricity...

Since i didn't catch the first movie... I thought i had a lot left out...
But to my suprise... The show was actually quite... AMAZING!!!
It wasn't confusing at all...
Just a little too long... Yawned for a few times half way through the movie...

Definitely a must watch this year!!!

Nothing like a good trip to relax myself...
On Sunday, I went to Cameron Highlands with my aunts and uncles from my mom's side...
Can you believe that some of them have NEVER been to Cameron before!!!!

So we had lunch at Tringkap before heading to my 舅公's vegetable garden... My first impression was we were going somewhere low... But....
I ended up on the bank of a LAND ROVER!!!

The garden was quite up high in the wild... But it was really NICE!!!
There were lots of veges... Most importantly...

They're not mosses... They're marchantia...

They're for the biology project back at school...Amazing huh....
Feel so much satisfied to be able to get some on my own...

I also spotted this dragonfly on one of the ponds they have...


Anyway... We managed to stroll around some markets by the guidance of these two little guides...

They're my 舅公's grandsons... They managed to explain quite a number of things to us....

The markets were almost closing at the time we reached there... ALMOST...
I managed to snap some pictures on what i think Cameron Highlands is to me....

Strawberries.... You can't possibly go there without seeing them...

Pitcher plants... Phew.. They cost a fortune...
Flowers... LOTS OF FLOWERS...These would be nice as wallpapers

About 7pm... We left.... Hoping to come back sometime in the near future...

Balancing time hasn't been easy for me...
Though basically I do seem to have more time than others...
